2.2. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3.2. Please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs of any defects or damages, if applicable.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 90 business days.
4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1. Orders can be cancelled within 6hours of purchase. Once the processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

10. Customized Products

10.1. Custom or personalized items, due to their unique nature, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
