Returns & Refunds Policy

At JulMar we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging (where applicable)

Please contact us at info@julmar.co.uk before sending anything back so we can authorise the return and give you the correct return address.


Items Excluded From Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. engraved or made-to-order products)
  • Digital downloads
  • Perishable items (if you ever sell any food-related crafts later)

If an item is faulty or damaged, these exclusions do not apply — you are fully protected.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos showing the issue
  3. We will offer a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer

We will cover the return postage for faulty items.


Return Postage

  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, JulMar covers the postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked service so the return is protected.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (size, style, colour, etc.), please contact us and we will check stock availability.
