How much clothing do I need to send?
We can incorporate up to three items of clothing into each memory bear. In many cases, one to three garments are ideal, depending on their size and fabric type. If you are unsure whether you have enough material, we are always happy to advise before you send your items.

What types of clothing can be used?
Shirts, dresses, baby grows, pyjamas, uniforms and other sentimental garments can all be used. We ask that items are clean and free from heavy damage or strong odours. Delicate fabrics can often still be incorporated, as we carefully stabilise materials where required.

Can you combine fabrics from multiple garments?
Yes. Many customers choose to include more than one item so that different memories can be brought together into a single keepsake. Fabrics are thoughtfully selected and positioned to create a balanced and harmonious design.

How do I send my clothing to you?
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you with clear instructions on how to safely package and post your garments. We will confirm receipt as soon as they arrive and keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I personalise my memory bear?
Yes. We can make engraved wooden heart tags (for example, Mum, Dad, Nan or Grandad), that can be added to make your bear even more special.

Is the memory bear intended as a toy?
